Who we are

Duna is an online store operated from Mexico, selling to customers in the United States.

Not a medical device

Our products are consumer comfort accessories for external and nasal use. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment for any condition.

Snoring can be a symptom of obstructive sleep apnea, which is a serious medical condition. If you stop breathing during sleep, wake up gasping, or feel persistently exhausted after a full night's sleep, see a doctor. Do not use a product bought online in place of a diagnosis.

Stop using the product and consult a healthcare professional if you experience pain, bleeding, irritation, or any adverse reaction. Do not use if you have a nasal injury, an active nasal infection, or have recently had nasal surgery, unless a doctor tells you it's fine.

Keep out of reach of children — these are a choking hazard. Not intended for anyone under 16.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. We may decline or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, if pricing was displayed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you get a full refund.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you rather than honor it.

Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screens render color differently and manufacturing tolerances vary slightly between batches.

Hygiene and returns

Because our products are used in the nose, opened items cannot be returned or resold. Full details are in our refund policy.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under it.

Intellectual property

The Duna name, logo, site design and written content belong to us. Please don't copy them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
