Does it actually work?
Will this stop my snoring?
It depends on where your snoring comes from. If it gets worse when your nose is blocked, or you have allergies or a deviated septum, there's a good chance this helps. If your snoring comes from the soft palate or the base of your tongue, it won't — and no nasal device would.
How does it work?
The narrowest part of your airway is a spot just inside the nostril called the nasal valve. When it's tight, air moves turbulently and that's what makes the sound. The cone holds it open so the air moves quietly, and so you can keep your mouth closed.
What if I have sleep apnea?
See a doctor. If you stop breathing during the night, gasp awake, or feel wrecked after a full night's sleep, that's a medical condition and it needs a real diagnosis — not a device off the internet. We'd rather lose the sale.
Fit and comfort
Which size do I start with?
The middle ones. Work outward from there. The right pair feels snug for a minute and then you forget it's in.
Will they fall out?
Not if the size is right. The flange sits against the outside of the nostril and holds. If a pair works loose, go up a size.
Does it hurt?
You notice them for the first two or three nights. After that most people don't. If a pair still bothers you after three nights, it's too big.
Can I breathe through my mouth with them in?
Yes. They don't block anything — they open.
Care
How do I clean them?
Warm water and mild soap in the morning, dry properly, back in the case. Don't boil them and don't put them in the dishwasher.
How long does a set last?
Months with normal use. Replace a cone if the silicone tears or goes soft.
Can I share them?
No. One nose per set.

A warehouse in the United States. Not from overseas.
How long does it take?
One business day to process, then usually 5 to 8 business days in transit. You get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet.
Can I return it?
Unopened, within 30 days, yes. Opened we can't take back — it goes inside your nose and there's no honest way to resell it. If it arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, send a photo and we replace it free, no return needed.
