When you order: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and the details of what you bought. Payment card numbers go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store them.
When you browse: your device type, browser, IP address, the pages you visit, and how you found us. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
When you contact us: whatever you choose to tell us.
Why we collect it
To process and ship your order, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud, to comply with legal obligations, and — if you opted in — to send you email.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that make the store work: Shopify (hosting and checkout), our payment processor, our fulfillment partner and the carrier who delivers your package, and our analytics provider. Each gets only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, to remember your preferences, and to understand which pages people actually read. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the cart may stop working properly if you do.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including in some places the right to opt out of certain data sharing. Write to us through our contact page and we'll handle it.
Marketing email
We only email you if you asked us to. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Children
This store is not intended for anyone under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
