Refund policy

The short version

Unopened sets can come back within 30 days for a full refund. Opened sets can't — this product goes inside your nose. If it arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it free and you keep the original.

Why we can't take opened returns

We want to be direct about this instead of hiding it in legal text. A nasal dilator is a hygiene product. Once a set has been used, there is no honest way for it to go back into inventory, and no responsible seller would resell it to someone else. Any store that offers unlimited returns on a product like this is either destroying them at a loss or reselling them to you — and you don't want to find out which.

So the policy is simple, and it's the same one you'd get from a pharmacy.

Unopened returns — 30 days

If the sealed package hasn't been opened, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund of the product price.

Email us at hola@tryduna.com with your order number first. We'll send you a return address. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us — we won't be able to match it to your order.

Return shipping on a change of mind is yours. Original shipping costs aren't refunded.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. You don't need to return the original. This covers our cost, not yours — that's how it should be.

If it just doesn't work for you

It happens, and we tried to warn you before you bought. Snoring has several causes and a nasal dilator only addresses one of them. That's why the product page tells you upfront who this is likely to help and who it isn't.

Write to us anyway. We can't refund an opened set, but we can help you work out whether it's a sizing problem — which is fixable — or the wrong kind of snoring, which isn't. Most of the time it's sizing.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect an unopened return, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

What we can't accept

Opened or used sets. Returns sent without contacting us first. Anything after 30 days.
